OPPERATIONS AND FUNDRAISING

ON-SITE FUNDRAISING AREAS

OUTSIDE EVENTS -

MAN-MADE BEACH

Set on a sandy, man-made beach, the Fundraising Events Area will be equipped with lawn chairs, a performance stage and a full service bar surrounded by a coy pond. This area will also contain installations, art walls, telescopes and a

Volleyball, soccer, and dodge ball area; complete with basketball hoop.  This area will be ideal for artist launches, fundraisers or any entertaining the museum finds need for including tourists who just want to relax.

INTERNACIONAL CAFÉ / BAR

Serving real Italian Espresso, rich American coffee, specialty java creations from around the world like eskcaffe, mokka plus coffee and cream shots. This area at  5pm will become a full bar, as the sun goes down the liquor will start to pour as people can buy drinks knowing a piece of every dollar they spend goes to the MISA charity.

OPEN AIR ART AREA

This will provide an open ventilated area for metal welding arts and other open-air styles of artwork. This area can also be used for metal shop classes.

SKATE PARK

Skating has become a huge form of street art and its audience is huge and covers a wide demographic. This could also open possibility of X-Games style events for fundraising or teaching kids activities like skate boarding, freestyle bike and inline skate that bring them out of the home and into the open air.

STREET GAME ZONE

A Volleyball, soccer, and dodge ball area; complete with basketball hoop will be provided for fundraising events and children’s sports which style and playing grounds derive from the streets.

INSIDE EVENTS –

ROOFTOP FUNDRAISING HALL

This hall will be used for fundraising dinners/concerts, ceremonies and award banquets needing an upscale feel or if weather does not permit the man made beach to be used. It will be a building built on top of the main structure with floor to ceiling windows 360 degrees around to give a prime view of the city from the roof.

STAGE

A large stage will take priority for big acts to entertain and raise money for the museum. This can also be doubled as an award stage and more. It will have full speaker set up, a viewing screen and projector along a removable podium.

DINNER TABLES LAYOUT

For fundraising dinners and award ceremonies dinner tables and chairs will be capable of being moved in and out when needed for charity dinners.

CITY VIEW TELESCOPES

Telescopes will line the outer rim of the room with listings of great art around the downtown streets and monumental buildings, artistic structures and more.

OFFICES

An office set up for running the museum and non-profit company. It will have all the necessary things an office needs like secretary, copy center, public relations, and marketing departments. This facility will also be used for organization of gallery showings, auctions, teacher planning meetings and staff office space and lounge for breaks. It will contain 2 living areas complete with bathroom like a hotel for guests of the museum or performers. A full design center will be on site for web site development and maintenance including development of all print designs. This will also have an accounting section.
